We are looking for talented candidates who are maintenance pros and take enormous pride in a job well done.
You must be able to troubleshoot, problem solve and multitask across various fields such as mechanical work, HVAC, plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, along with landscaping.
You will be responsible for maintaining our property and supervising the maintenance and groundskeeping team all to company expectations As maintenance supervisor you may need to assist property issues on an on-call basis Report maintenance and/or grounds concerns to management Upkeep of onsite buildings, sidewalks and pool area including painting Maintain swimming pool and pool area Work on special projects as requested.
This will be a very rewarding job for the right candidate.
Job Requirements:
A sense of energy, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done Able to work outdoors year round Able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively walk through the park/facility At least 5 years of maintenance experience across the trades required At least 2 years of supervisor experience Proficient with various hand tools and power equipment Possess CPO certificate or willing to obtain certificate Highschool graduate or GED required Must be within commuting distance to the park and have reliable transportation.
Must be willing to work a Wednesday to Sunday schedule.
